Car towed away after bomb threat at Athens Appeals Court

Authorities towed away a car from near the Athens Appeals Court on Friday morning after a bomb threat.

An anonymous caller had told authorities that a bomb had been placed at the building. Police evacuated the court and cordoned off busy Alexandras Avenue.

No device was found but a car was towed away for examination.

All roads were reopened at around 11.30 a.m.
