Court postpones hearing on north Athens mall legality
The Council of State on Friday postponed hearing a case against The Mall, a shopping center in Maroussi, northern Athens.
The court is due to decide whether the building has been constructed legally but the meeting of the plenary to hear the case has been postponed several times.
A Maroussi residents’ group has filed two appeals against the shopping mall.
