Meeting between Tsipras, Kammenos postponed to Friday
A meeting between leftist SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras and Independent Greeks chief Panos Kammenos seeking support for a censure motion against Greece’s finance minister has been postponed to Friday, according to local media reports.
The meeting was originally scheduled for Thursday.
The right-wing, anti-bailout party, which controls 18 seats in the House, has criticized Yannis Stournaras for his stance at the recent Eurogroup summit that led to the proposal for a haircut on Cypriot bank deposits.
Cypriot lawmakers rejected the plan on Tuesday.
Independent Greeks needs 50 deputies to sign the motion.
