Sister of Tsochatzopoulos’s ex-wife to be probed

A magistrate probing a money-laundering network believed to be centered around former Defense Minister Akis Tsochatzopoulos and involving several of the latter’s relatives and aides on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against the sister of Tsochatzopoulos’s ex-wife.

According to sources, Elke Stoffregen faces charges of money laundering in connection with a sum of 1.45 million Swiss Francs (equivalent to 1.18 million euros) found in her bank account.
