Quake hits off southeast Peloponnese coast

An earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale rocked the Laconia region of the southeastern Peloponnese at 6.36 a.m. on Tuesday and was felt all the way in Athens.

The epicenter of the tremor was off the coast of the village of Neapoli.

There were no reports of injuries or property damage.
