Greek MEP said to be recovering after suffering stroke

New Democracy MEP Giorgos Papastamkos, who collapsed in the European Parliament in Strasbourg last month after suffering a stroke, has been moved to a hospital in Brussels, it was revealed on Friday.

Papastamkos’s doctors are reportedly pleased with his recovery following the surgery he underwent.
