Fake medic pledging cancer treatments arrested

A 54-year man was arrested on Friday at KAT hospital in Kiffisia, northern Athens, for posing as a doctor and demanding cash in order to provide cancer treatments based on a cocktail of drugs.

Police officers made the arrest following a complaint by a retired policeman.
