Athens trolley bus drivers to discuss collective contract during stoppage

There will be no trolley bus service in Athens for about five hours on Thursday due to a stoppage by drivers.

They will stop work at 11 a.m. so they can take part in their union’s general assembly and will return to their vehicles at 4 p.m.

Among the issues to be discussed at the meeting is the trolley bus employees’ collective contract.
