Pharmacies in Piraeus closed on Wednesday, open elsewhere
Pharmacies in Piraeus will be closed on Wednesday to mark May Day but will be open in the rest of the country.
The Piraeus Pharmacists’ Association said it felt obliged to keep stores closed on Wednesday in solidarity with other workers who will be on strike.
The other pharmacies will close on Tuesday, like retail stores, to mark May Day. On that day, pharmacies in Piraeus will be open.
