Attica taxi drivers, confectioners see Easter business fall 70 pct

There was no Easter fillip for taxi drivers and patissiers in Attica, according to their representatives.

The head of the Piraeus taxi drivers’ union, Damianos Malepas, told Skai Radio on Monday that his colleagues experienced a 70 percent drop in revenues over Easter.

The head of the Athens patisserie owners’ union, Constantinos Nikolatos, also told Skai on Monday that business was down 70 percent over Easter.
