Publisher Giorgos Kouris and his son Andreas released on bail

A council of misdemeanor court judges decided on Friday to release on bail publisher Giorgos Kouris (photo) and his son Andreas, who were arrested over unpaid taxes.

Giorgos Kouris was remanded in custody in March over an unpaid debt to the state of 1.5 million euros, which relates to now-defunct Alter TV.
