Motorcycle owners prove remiss about road worthiness tests
Only 20 percent of motorcycles and scooters due for road worthiness tests by the end of next week have been checked, according to the association of private vehicle inspection centers.
According to the association, 178,000 motorbikes and scooters had not undergone an inspection by the end of last month.
All motorbikes and scooters that are above 50 cc, and with licenses issued between 1990 and 2001, are obliged to undergo roadworthiness tests by May 25.
