International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance chief notes rise in racist attacks in Greece
Greek Justice Minister Antonis Roupakiotis met with the head of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), Mario Silva, in Athens on Friday.
According to the ministry, Silva noted the increasing number of racist attacks in Greece, in particular against Jews and Jewish religious symbols, as well as cases of holocaust denial.
The IHRA chair also asked to be informed on developments regarding a new anti-racism bill.
