Thessaloniki businessman arrested over 3.5-million-euro debt to state

A businessman in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, was arrested on Tuesday over debts to the state totaling nearly 3.5 millions euros, the Athens-Macedonia News Agency reported.

The unnamed 40-year-old owner of a food firm is being charged with owing the state 3,497,924 euros in unpaid debts.
