Father, two sons arrested over extortion of former business partner
A 62-year-old man and his two sons, aged 26 and 28, were arrested in Thessaloniki on Thursday on extortion charges.
The alleged victims, a mother, aged 55, and her son, 34, told police that they owed the family 35,500 euros from a previous professional partnership, but were being threatened into paying 120,000 euros instead.
The men were arrested after appearing at the woman’s office to collect 100,000 euros.
