Elderly couple die in apartment fire in Kallithea
An apartment fire claimed the life of an elderly couple in Kallithea, southern Athens, on Monday.
The fire broke out some time after 3 p.m.
It appears that both victims died of smoke inhalation.
Fire officials were investigating the causes of the fire.
