Husband accused of trying to kill wife
A 48-year-old man was expected to face a prosecutor over the weekend in the port city of Patra, western Greece, after being arrested on charges of attempted manslaughter.
According to reports, the suspect’s 49-year-old spouse, a Russian national, had filed a complaint on Friday alleging that her husband had attacked her and had attempted to strangle her in their apartment on the same day.
