Italian arrested for pulling a gun on Patra protesters
An Italian national was arrested and was being questioned by police in the port city of Patras, western Greece, after he allegedly pulled a gun on a group of protesters participating in a rally on Wednesday.
According to initial reports the suspect was driving his vehicle near the city center when he came across the demonstration.
In his statement to the police he claimed he pulled the gun out of fear when he saw a number of protesters throwing stones.
