Greek FM meets Obama at UN general assembly
Foreign Minister Evangelos Venizelos held brief talks with US President Barack Obama when the two met on the sidelines of the United Nations general assembly in New York late on Monday.
The Athens-Macedonian News Agency reported that Obama referred to Prime Minister Antonis Samaras’s visit to the White House in August and said that he would like to continue to discuss the issues that were raised then.
