Cypriot president due in Athens on Friday

Cyprus President Nikos Anastasiades is scheduled to visit Athens on Friday to discuss a new round of peace talks over the ethnically divided island with Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras.

Reunification talks have been stalled for the past 18 months. Anastasiades will also meet with Greek President Karolos Papoulias.
