Truck search at northern Greek border reveals cannabis cache
A 66-year-old citizen of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia faced a prosecutor in Florina, northern Greece, on Thursday after an inspection by police and customs officials on the truck he had been driving turned up 114 kilograms of cannabis.
With the help of sniffer dogs, officials found the drugs, which had been packaged in more than 100 plastic bags and concealed in a secret compartment in the vehicle.
