Police raid soccer fan clubs across Athens, one arrested
One man has been arrested following a police raid on soccer fan clubs in various parts of Attica on Saturday.
The 38-year-old suspect has been detained over violations of the country’s fireworks legislation.
The raids in Elefsina, Perama and Holargos were carried out a week after a bomb blast wrecked the offices of a Panathinaikos fan club in Petralona, near central Athens.
