Investigative magistrates appointed in GD case
Ioanna Klapa and Maria Dimitropoulou were on Thursday appointed chief investigative magistrates in the case of Greece’s far-right Golden Dawn party.
The Athens-based magistrates are expected to call three GD MPs, whose immunity was revoked Wednesday, in for questioning.
Ilias Kasidiaris, Ilias Panayiotaros and Chrysovalantis Alexopoulos are accused of a series of offenses ranging from resisting authority to threatening a police officer.
