Woman in critical condition in Loutraki attack
Police in the seaside resort of Loutraki on the Gulf of Corinth were investigating an attack on a 62-year-old woman who was discovered with serious injuries to the head as well as a gunshot wound to the chest at the entrance of her apartment building on Saturday.
According to reports, the police have excluded robbery as being the motive behind the attack.
The victim remains in critical condition at the Corinth General hospital, while doctors are examining the possibility of transferring her to a medical facility in Athens.
