Greece repatriated 1,052 migrants in October

More than 1,000 migrants were repatriated by Greece in October, authorities announced on Monday.

Of these, 696 were repatriated voluntarily through a European Union-funded program run by the Greek branch of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The Aliens’ Bureau repatriated 356 migrants after they were found to have entered the country illegally.
