Samaras, Merkel to meet in Berlin Nov 22
Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras will meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin on November 22, it was announced on Friday.
According to a statement from Merkel’s office, the Greek premier has been invited to a working lunch in the German capital which is expected to focus on European politics, Greece’s financial crisis and other bilateral issues.
The meeting will be followed by a joint press conference, the statement said.
Also, Samaras has been invited to speak at a financial conference organized by Sueddeutsche Zeitung, the largest German national subscription daily newspaper.
