Five arrested in Thessaloniki, three sought over armed robberies
Five suspected members of an armed gang were arrested in Thessaloniki on Monday and authorities are looking for another three people.
Police said the men are suspected of carrying out four robberies and one attempted robbery in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki over the last four months.
The gang was known for brandishing Kalashnikov assault rifles during the robberies.
