Man caught in Patra with 320 kg of cannabis hidden in truck
Coast guard officers in Patra on Tuesday detained a 34-year-old truck driver who tried to board a ferry to Italy after an inspection on his vehicle turned up 320 kilograms of cannabis.
The drugs had been concealed in a specially designed compartment in the roof of the truck.
The authorities were seeking several other people believed to be linked to the attempt to smuggle the cannabis to Italy.
