No sign of migrants who fell into freezing Evros River

Border guards in northeastern Greece were unable on Tuesday to find three irregular migrants who fell into the freezing waters of the Evros River when they dinghy which they were using to reach Greek land from Turkey capsized.

One migrant managed to swim to shore and alert authorities after Sunday’s accident but the other three men, thought to be aged between 20 and 30, remain missing.
