Motorist dies on Kalymnos after his car plunges into the water
A 55-year-old man died Thursday on Kalymnos after his car flew off the Aegean island’s main pier and plunged into the water.
A rescue diver was able to extract the driver from the vehicle. The man, whose name has not been released, was taken to a hospital where his death was confirmed.
Local authorities are investigating the incident.
