Five Greeks face charges for copyright infringement

An effort to clamp down on copyright infringement has led to the owner of a website in Volos, central Greece, being arrested and four other people from Larissa being charged, police said over the weekend.

The 29-year-old from Volos ran a website allowing users to download and share movies illegally.

The four men in Larissa were helping viewers break the encryption of satellite programs so they could receive programs for free.
