Toll charges on part of Corinth-Patra highway to go down
Holidaymakers traveling on the Corinth-Patra national highway are in for a pleasant surprise as toll charges will go down by about 20 percent at the Rio and Zevgolati tollgates at midnight on Monday. Cars will now have to pay 2.50 instead of 3.10 euros.
However, toll charges are expected to go up in mid-January or February at the Afidnes, Thiva and Tragana tollgates, which lead northwest out of Attica. The respective charges for a car will go up from 2.10 to 3.35 euros, from 2.55 to 4.05 euros and from 2.45 to 3.95 euros.
In central Greece, charges for cars at Pelasgia will rise from 2.70 to 3.50 euros and in Moschochori from 3.10 to 4 euros.
