Nine arrested for debts to state

Nine people have been arrested in Attica this week because they owed a combined total of more than 6 million euros to the state, police said on Thursday. The nine arrests are not linked.

One of the suspects, the 33-year-old managing director of a company, was arrested for failing to pay just over 4 million euros.
