Greek pharmacists to decide on further strike action

Greek pharmacists are expected to decide upon fresh industrial action this week as negotiations between Health Ministry officials and troika representatives continued on Monday in Athens.

Among the proposed measures was giving supermarkets the right to sell over-the-counter medicines.

Pharmacists are expected to participate in a general assembly of the Panhellenic Pharmaceutical Association on Saturday to determine further action.
