A 21-year-old man gave himself up to police in Ilioupolis, Athens, yesterday, and was being taken to Ioannina to answer questions regarding the murder of his mother and grandmother in the northern town. Olga Papageorgiou, 85, and her daughter, Chrysavgi, 55, were found stabbed to death in their home in the old part of Ioannina at about 8 p.m. yesterday.
