A second pedestrian was killed in northern Greece less than 24 hours after a woman was dismembered after being hit by a car on Thessaloniki’s ring road early Tuesday.

The second incident occurred on a country road between Kilkis and Mikrokambos late on Tuesday, when a 51-year-old man was struck by a car.

The vehicle was being driven by a 44-year-old woman.

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital but died soon afterward.
