Georgian woman arrested over safe heist
A 41-year-old Georgian woman was arrested in Thessaloniki on Thursday in connection with the theft of a safe containing valuables worth more than 200,000 euros from the home of her 59-year-old employer a year ago.
The suspect, who was working as a cleaning lady in the 59-year-old’s home at the time of the theft, was also wanted for harboring a criminal and drug offenses.
