Greek dockworker strike could cause disruptions
Greek dockworkers are to walk off the job on Thursday in protest at government plans to privatize ports across the country.
The action could disrupt ferry and cargo ship departures and arrivals.
Piraeus dockworkers are planning to gather in Klafthmonos Square, central Athens, at noon for a rally to protest what it describes as the government’s “politically unacceptable” and “criminal” policies.
