Maziotis refuses to give evidence about terrorist attacks
Nikos Maziotis, the head of the Revolutionary Struggle terrorist group, says he will not appear before a prosecutor to give a deposition.
In a statement published online, Maziotis said that he would not answer questions regarding his alleged bombing of the Bank of Greece headquarters and arrest following a shootout earlier this year.
“I have never given evidence, no matter how many times I have been tried and imprisoned, because in reality I, and the organization I represent Revolutionary Struggle, are the accusers, not the accused,” he said in his statement.
