Woman charged for illegally claiming widow’s pension for 24 years
Fraud charges are to be brought against a 72-year-old woman who allegedly claimed a widow’s pension illegally for 24 years.
The woman failed to notify authorities that she remarried after her husband died.
As a result, she allegedly received some 181,000 euros that she was not entitled to.
