Dozens of Olympiakos fans detained in Corinth
Almost 50 people were arrested at an Olympiakos supporters’ club in Corinth, west of Athens, on Monday.
A total of 49 people, including two Swedes, two Albanians, a Bulgarian and a Briton were taken into custody after police searched the fan club’s premises and found a number of weapons, including iron bars.
The police were called after the supporters allegedly fired a flare and threw rocks at a cafe.
