Process for building permits goes online
The process of applying for and being issued building permits will all happen online from February 24, according to a joint ministerial decision signed on Thursday.
The moved is aimed at cutting down on red tape but also tackling corruption.
“The reduction of bureaucracy is not connected to political developments or electoral cycles,” said Administrative Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, one of the three ministers who signed the decision.
