ANTARSYA, GD representatives attacked at polling stations

Two people were taken into custody at a polling stations in Keratsini, near Piraeus, on Sunday after an attack on representatives of the anti-capitalist ANTARSYA party.

Witnesses said the two assailants were wearing clothing bearing Golden Dawn’s symbol.

Keratsini is where rapper Pavlos Fyssas was murdered by a Golden Dawn member in September 2013.

A representative of the far-right party was attacked at a polling center in Piraeus as well on Sunday.

The attacker escaped without being caught.

No serious injuries were reported in either attack.
