Former PM Constantinos Mitsotakis recovering after heart surgery

Former premier and honorary president of New Democracy Constantinos Mitsotakis was on Monday fitted with a pacemaker after feeling unwell on Sunday and being hospitalized where doctors found that his heart rate had slowed.

Medics at the hospital in Hania, where he had gone to vote, said the 96-year-old was recovering well.
