Sixteen injured after gas cylinder explodes in Amfilochia

Sixteen people were injured, four of them seriously, on Wednesday after a gas cylinder exploded at a cafe in Amfilochia, central Greece.

It is not yet known what caused the gas cylinder, which was reportedly used to power a portable heater, to explode.

Many of the injuries were caused by broken glass and aluminum parts, reports said.
