Municipal workers in Kavala arrested for robbing defunct factory
Two employees of the Municipality of Kavala in northern Greece have been arrested for allegedly trying to steal equipment and scrap metal from an abandoned factory.
The two men, aged 18 and 61, were caught while trying to load their loot into a municipal vehicle, authorities said.
They face charges of theft and illegal use of a municipal vehicle.
The 61-year-old has been in trouble with authorities in the past.
