Gas station owner arrested for receipt, VAT violations
A 47-year-old woman who owns a gas station in eastern Attica has been arrested for tax evasion, authorities said on Friday.
The woman is alleged to have failed to issue 79,000 euros worth of receipts in 2012, as well as failing to pay 33,500 euros in value-added tax in 2011 and 2012.
