Turkish jets violate Greek air space
Six Turkish F-16 fighter jets violated Greek air space over the Aegean Sea on Thursday, the National Defense General Staff (GEETHA) said in a statement.
According to GEETHA, the Turkish jets flew over the islands of Fournoi and Agathonissi, before being chased off by Greek air force planes.
The Turkish pilots’ flight lasted for about 30 minutes, GEETHA said.
