A sculpture by British artist Sarah Lucas, 41, that will be displayed in Athens later this month as part of a major international contemporary art exhibition, details of which were announced at a press conference in the capital yesterday. Some 250 works – paintings, sculptures, installations, photographs and video installations – will be exhibited during the Outlook show that is to be inaugurated on Friday, October 24, by President Costis Stephanopoulos. Eighty-five artists, including 11 Greeks, will be featured in the 2.3-million-euro exhibition that will be hosted in three buildings on Pireos Street and is part of the state-sponsored Cultural Olympiad group of cultural events.
