Two suspects arrested for Palestinian’s fatal stabbing

A 40-year-old Albanian man and a 31-year-old Bulgarian woman were arrested on manslaughter charges for the fatal stabbing of a 35-year-old Palestinian man in June last year, Greek police announced on Saturday.

According to the case file, the victim’s body was discovered by a passer-by in a forest area in the area of Aghios Georgios Keramidi in Acharnes, northwest Athens, after he had allegedly been stabbed several times by the 40-year-old.

The motive behind the attack is believed to be personal differences between the 35-year-old and the 40-year-old, police said.
